My number one way to relax after a pretty shitty week is to have a bath. Having baths is one of my more recent loves and I am slightly gutted that I am going to have to give up this luxury in September when I move into student accommodation.
Not only do I love having baths but I also love to try out new bath products. I recently won a competition hosted by the lovely Kate Ballamy over on twitter, and one of the items I won was a Miss Patisserie bath melt. Now I have tried a couple of things from Miss Patisserie in the past and the cupcake bath melts were always something that I had always looked at in boots yet never seemed to buy.
Cupcake Bath Melts
Miss Patisserie do a range of six bath melts in the shape of cupcakes! These bath melts come in the scents of; Milk and Honey, Vanilla, Rose, Papaya Tea, Sea Salt and Lavender. I received the Rose one. Now normally I’m not a floral sort of gal, and rose has to be my least liked or all the floral scents. But this bath melt hasn’t got an in your face sort of scent. Instead, it is more subtle and relaxing which I guess is what you want from a bath product!
I straight up loved this product! It was super easy to use. You just take it out of the cupcake wrapper, pull off the flower on the top and chuck it in your bath. It also lasts for up to three baths so it gave me an excuse to finally buy a little soap dish from IKEA! The bath melt itself made my skin feel super soft and moisturised when I got out of the bath and I couldn’t stop stroking my arms! One thing I would say is that it would have been nice if the flower had a purpose. Rather than just having to discard it, it would have been nice if they could have dissolved in the bath or something.
Overal I am super happy I received this item in my loot of prizes and I am definitely going to be buying more from this range in the future!
Have you tried any of Miss Patisseries Cupcake Bath Melts? What did you think of them? Also what Bath product should I try out next? Let me know your answers in the comments below!
